When selecting our range of products, we have looked to secure supply relationships with industry leaders and we believe that our range reflects our ambitions in this regard. Our products are useful, reliable, practical and often necessary, and they also make great practical gifts for loved ones.

Delivery and Returns Policy
Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM, excluding public holidays). We will contact you by phone or email if there is a problem processing your order. We do not freight products internationally.
Items can be returned in their original packaging within SEVEN days of receiving your order. These can be replaced by another product or in certain circumstances a full refund provided. Please contact us to find out your best option as this may save your unnecessary costs. The Consumer guarantees act guarantees you certain privileges and Quality Care will ensure the act is adhered to when processing request for returns. Please remember that we are not obliged under the act to agree to accept returns unless of course if the product(s) is/are faulty or an error in sending the incorrect product to you has occurred. In the unlikely event that you are accidently over charged by us, it is our policy to credit your next order with amount that was over charged.
Shipping cost refunds would only be done if a mistake has been made by us, not if you have changed your mind about your purchase and a minimum $10 admin fee will be deducted in this instance. Remember that Credit card refunds can take up to 5 working days from request. Return address is as per our details on contact us page.
All prices displayed on this website are in New Zealand Dollars. This is the only currency that we accept.
